The University of Louisiana Monroe announces the appointment of Alberto Ruiz, Ed.D., as Vice President of Academic Affairs. He comes to ULM from Texas A&M University-Kingsville (TAMUK) where he was Dean of the College of Education and Human Performance and Professor of Kinesiology.
Dr. Ruiz was photographed for an article featured in the Fall 2019 issue of the ULM Magazine.
